How WOW Works
You, (yes, you!) can nominate any Legacy employee
who you feel has shown they deserve a WOW
based on one or more of the four nomination criteria.
> Write why you are nominating that person on one of the WOW cards.
> Scan the WHOLE card and email to Legacy HR
> At the end of each month, HR will collect all of the cards.
> A winner will be ramdomly drawn from those
nominated each month.
Nomination Crieteria
Criteria #1
Demonstrates an understanding, whether through actions or results, of Legacy Healthcare's Value Proposition. The action demonstrated or result achieved should have a meaningful impact on one of Legacy's focus areas.
- Belief in the value of Therapy done well
- Passion for Therapy done well
- Commitment to providing valuable Therapy
Criteria #2
Exemplifies and/or Demonstrates one or more of the Legacy Core Values.
- Teamwork

- Development and Well-being
- Ethical Business Practices
Criteria #3
Demonstrates excellence in over-all work performance.
- Accepts responsibilities and performs duties above and beyond what is normally expected.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and competence in a wide array of work related topics
- Uses knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot/solve problems quickly
- Handles a large workload effectively and in a timely fashion
- Completes tasks with little description,direction,or supervision
Criteria #4
Promotes positive morale through a congenial,supportive attitute and by providing service to others.
- Interacts with others in a positive,enthusiasatic and cheerful manner
- Commands the respect of co-workers,supervisors,and clients alike
- Provide services which are outside the scope of the job
- Acts as a team player and encourages teamwork in others
